* Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late 
  tonight to a crest of 25.4 feet Thursday morning. It will then 
  fall below flood stage early Thursday afternoon.
* Impact...At 25 feet, Flood stage is reached. Minor flooding occurs 
  in the woodlands and fields along the river upstream and 
  downstream from the gage on the Turner McCall bridge or U.S. 
  Highway 27. The Heritage Park Rome Greenway continues to flood

  this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after 
  midnight tonight.
* Impact...At 25.6 feet, minor flooding occurs in the woodlands and 
  fields along the river upstream and downstream from the gage on 
  the Turner McCall bridge or U.S. Highway 27. The Heritage Park
