Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.

* Flood Warning for
  the Grove Creek near Banks Crossing.
* From this afternoon until further notice.
* At 11:15 AM EDT Tuesday the stage was 13.5 feet and rising.
* Flood stage is 15 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage this 
  afternoon and continue rising to a crest of 20.9 feet late this 
  afternoon.
* Impact...At 19 feet, Minor flooding expands further into the 
  woodlands and fields near the creek upstream and downstream from 
  the gage on U.S. Highway 441. Some areas near the creek will be 
  under 4 feet of water.
* Impact...At 21 feet, Moderate flooding beings. Significant 
  flooding occurs in the woodlands and fields near the creek 
  upstream and downstream from the gage on U.S. Highway 441. Some 
  areas near the creek will be under 6 feet of water. The water 
  level will reach the bottom of the twin bridges and county 
  officials may need to close them. The flood waters will begin to 
  cover low portions of U.S. Highway 441 north of the bridges and 
  impact portions of the nearby Atlanta Dragway.
