The Flood Warning continues for
  the Chattahoochee River near Whitesburg.
* Until Thursday morning.
* At 9:00 PM EDT Wednesday the stage was 17.4 feet and slowly 
  falling.
* Flood stage is 17 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and is forecast.
* Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage late 
  tonight and continue falling to 6.8 feet Monday evening.
* Impact...At 17 feet, Flood Stage is reached. Minor flooding begins 
  in the woodlands and fields along the river upstream and 
  downstream from the gage on U.S. Highway 27 or Georgia Highway 16. 
  Flood waters reach the top of the boat ramp at Riverside Park next 
  to the bridge. The playground at a day use area on the west side 
  of the Chattahoochee Bend State Park will begin to flood.

The Flood Warning continues for
  the Sweetwater Creek near Austell.
* Until late Thursday night.
* At 9:00 PM EDT Wednesday the stage was 12 feet and rising.
* Flood stage is 10 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and is forecast to continue.
* Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 12.7 feet 
  just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage 
  tomorrow evening.
* Impact...At 13 feet, Moderate flooding begins. Significant 
  flooding occurs in the woodlands and fields upstream and 
  downstream from the gage near the Interstate 20 bridge. Portions 
  of a paintball playing field just downstream of the bridge and 
  athletic fields in the Woodrow Wilson Park on Mount Vernon Road 
  are flooded with 2 to 3 feet of water. Water begins to flood a few 
  mobile homes on Brook Forest Road and homes on Wren Circle in 
  Douglas County. Portions of Sunlight Drive in Cobb County will be 
  flooded.

  the Yellow River near Conyers below Milstead.
* Until Thursday afternoon.
* At 8:31 PM EDT Wednesday the stage was 12.1 feet and slowly 
  falling.
* Flood stage is 11 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and is forecast.
* Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage 
  tomorrow morning and continue falling to 2.5 feet Monday evening.
* Impact...At 12 feet, Minor flooding continues in the woodlands...
  fields and pasture along the river upstream and downstream from 
  the gage on Gees Mill Road in Rockdale County. Large portions of 
  Sockwell Road by the river in Newton County will be up to 3 feet 
  under water.

The Flood Warning continues for
  the Big Creek near Alpharetta.
* Until Thursday afternoon.
* At 9:00 PM EDT Wednesday the stage was 8.1 feet and steady.
* Flood stage is 7 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and is forecast.
* Forecast...The river is expected to remain at a crest of 8.1 feet 
  until just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood 
  stage tomorrow morning.
* Impact...At 8 feet, Minor flooding continues to expand further 
  into the woodlands and fields along the creek from near Cumming in 
  south Forsyth County to Alpharetta and Roswell in north Fulton 
  County. Additional portions of The Big Creek Greenway have minor 
  flooding with 1 to 2 feet of water. Most of the walking and biking 
  paths will be closed...especially upstream and downstream from the 
  gage on Kimball Bridge Road and near Rock Mill Park. Portions of 
  the YMCA Campground off Preston Ridge Road will flood.

The Flood Warning continues for
  the Ocmulgee River near Macon.
* From Thursday afternoon to Saturday evening.
* At 8:30 PM EDT Wednesday the stage was 16.6 feet and slowly rising.
* Flood stage is 18 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage 
  tomorrow afternoon to a crest of 20.5 feet early Friday afternoon. 
  It will then fall below flood stage Saturday afternoon.
* Impact...At 20 feet, Minor flooding expands. An increasing amount 
  of the Macon GreenWay Ocmulgee Heritage Trail floods north of the 
  Martin Luther King Boulevard bridge. The flood waters will be 
  around one foot deep on portions of the trail and both banks 
  overflow upstream from the bridge. Large portions of agricultural 
  lands well downstream will be under one to three feet of water.
