FOR BEXAR, COMAL AND WESTERN GUADALUPE COUNTIES...
At 1102 PM CDT, Emergency management reported several low water
crossings flooded across northern Bexar County as well as Comal
County. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Flash flooding
is already occurring.
HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing
flash flooding.
