The National Weather Service in Austin/San Antonio has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  West Central Bastrop County in south central Texas...
  Southeastern Travis County in south central Texas...

* Until 1130 PM CDT.

* At 824 PM CDT, local law enforcement reported a water rescue at 
  7700 N Capital of Texas Highway on Bull Creek. Thunderstorms 
  produced heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 4 inches 
  of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are 
  possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring.

  HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms
           producing flash flooding.

  SOURCE...Law enforcement reported.

  IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams,
           urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses. Bull
           Creek has flooded and a report was received of a water
           rescue at 7700 N Capital of Texas Highway.

  Hills, Rollingwood, Mustang Ridge, Onion Creek, Shady Hollow,

  Park, Pilot Knob and Camp Mabry.

EVENING FOR WEST CENTRAL BASTROP AND SOUTHEASTERN TRAVIS COUNTIES...

At 1004 PM CDT, Local law enforcement reported flooded low water 
crossings along Spicewood Springs Road. Between 1 and 3 inches of 
rain have fallen. Additional flooding of some low water crossing are 
possible across the warned area.

HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing
         flash flooding.
