At 417 AM CDT, radar indicated heavy rain was falling along a line
extending from near Downing to 9 miles southwest of Wayland.
Movement was northeast at 30 mph. Minor flooding of low lying areas,
creeks, streams and urban areas is possible.
Locations impacted include...
Kahoka, Memphis, Nauvoo, Montrose, Wayland, Milton, Wyaconda,
Cantril, Rutledge, Luray, South Gorin, Granger, St. Francisville, New
Boston, Croton, Greensburg, Crawford, Farmington, Revere and Arbela.
