* Tornado Warning for...
  Northwestern Butler County in north central Iowa...

* Until 500 PM CDT.
    
* At 430 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located 9 miles northwest of Aplington, or 10 miles southwest
  of Allison, moving northeast at 35 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

At 447 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located over Allison, moving east at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Tornado and quarter size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
         shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage 
         to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree damage is 
         likely.

This tornadic thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of
central Butler County, including the following locations... Allison
Municipal Airport.
