* At 423 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located near Webster City, moving east at 30 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

* This tornadic thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of
  northwestern Hardin, southeastern Wright, southwestern Franklin and
  northeastern Hamilton Counties, including the following
  locations... Kamrar, Blairsburg and Williams.

This includes Interstate 35 between mile markers 137 and 153.

At 441 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located 11 miles southeast of Big Wall Lake, or 13 miles east of
Webster City, moving northeast at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Tornado.

SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
         shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage 
         to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree damage is 
         likely.
