* At 226 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located over Togo, or 31 miles north of Hibbing, moving north
  at 30 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree 
           damage is likely.

was located near Togo, or 32 miles west of Lake Vermilion, moving
north at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Tornado and quarter size hail.
