FORD AND EAST CENTRAL GRAY COUNTIES...
At 1009 PM CDT, a severe squall line capable of producing both
tornadoes and extensive straight line wind damage was located 6
miles southwest of Howell, moving northeast at 40 mph.
HAZARD...Tornado and quarter size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.
IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage
to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is
likely.
This tornadic thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of
western Ford and east central Gray Counties.
