...MODERATE TO HEAVY SNOW AND SLIPPERY ROADS...

HAZARDS...An area of moderate to heavy snow which can rapidly reduce
visibility to less than a half of a mile.

LOCATION AND MOVEMENT...At 231 PM EST, an area of heavy snow was
along a line extending from Warren south to near Milesburg and
moving southeast at 10 MPH.

LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE...
St. Marys, Lock Haven, Warren, Bellefonte, Ridgway, Kane,
Johnsonburg, Corry, Carroll, Cameron, Keating, Woodland, Lamar,
Sheffield, Emporium, Columbus, Zion, Youngsville, Wetmore and Mill
Hall.
