Severe Thunderstorms: A few severe storms are possible this evening
through 12-2 AM, mainly in southern South Carolina and across the
Atlantic waters. Large hail and damaging winds will be the main
weather hazards. But an isolated tornado is still possible.

...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT PORTIONS OF EFFINGHAM AND JASPER
COUNTIES...

At 719 PM EST, National Weather Service doppler radar indicated a
strong thunderstorm over Purysburgh, or 9 miles southeast of
Springfield, moving north at 65 mph.

  HAZARD...strong winds 45 to 55 mph and up to penny sized hail.

  IMPACT...Expect minor damage to tree limbs and blowing around of
           light, unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to plants,
           trees and crops is possible. Damage to windshields is
           unlikely.

Some locations in the path of this storm include...
Ridgeland, Rincon, Hardeeville, Purysburgh, Grahamville, Ebenezer,
Coosawhatchie and Tillman.
