Flooding: Pockets of heavy rainfall could occur across much of
southeast South Carolina Tuesday through Wednesday. Minor flooding
of low-lying and poor drainage areas could occur. The risk for flash
flooding could increase if heavy rainfall falls during already
elevated high tides.
