Montana...south central Montana...southeast Montana and north
central Wyoming.

* WHAT...Strong Winds.

* WHERE...Southern Montana into Northern Wyoming

* WHEN...Wednesday

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...West to northwest winds gusting 40 to 60 mph
  are possible on Wednesday. The most likely location for strong
  wind gusts will be in the western foothills from Livingston and
  Big Timber to Harlowton. However, isolated strong gusts of 50 to
  60 mph may occur anywhere west of Rosebud county Wednesday
  afternoon.

* ADDITIONAL HAZARD CONCERNS...Strong winds will make travel
  difficult for high profile vehicles and those towing trailers.
