HAZARDS...A band of heavy snow which can rapidly reduce visibility to
less than a quarter of a mile.
LOCATION AND MOVEMENT...At 258 PM EST, a band of heavy snow was near
Lake Erie State Park, or 9 miles southwest of Fredonia moving east at
65 MPH.
