...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL AFFECT SOUTHERN CATTARAUGUS COUNTY...

At 354 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near Allegany State
Park, moving east at 20 mph.

Winds in excess of 40 mph and half inch hail are possible with this
storm.

Locations impacted include...
Olean, Salamanca, Allegany State Park, Allegany, St. Bonaventure,
Great Valley, Carrollton, Napoli, Humphrey, Vandalia, Knapp Creek,
Rock City Park, Limestone, Kill Buck and Steamburg.

This includes Interstate 86 between exits 17 and 25.
 
Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm, and may cause
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
