...AN AREA OF THUNDERSTORMS WILL AFFECT SOUTH CENTRAL LEWIS...
CAYUGA AND OSWEGO COUNTIES...
At 957 PM EDT, thunderstorms with heavy rain were across northern
Cayuga, Oswego and southern Lewis counties, moving southeast at 30
mph.
Rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches has fallen and may cause localized
flooding in poor drainage areas. Winds in excess of 30 mph are
possible with this storm.

Oswego, Fulton, Fair Haven Beach State Park, Pulaski, Central Square,
Weedsport, Redfield, Cato, Selkirk Shores State Park, Mexico Point
State Park, Battle Island State Park, Brewerton, Hastings, Scriba,
Volney, Richland, Constantia, West Monroe, Palermo and Sterling.
