* Until 800 AM EDT.

* At 714 AM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located 8 nm southwest of
  Stony Point, or 17 nm northwest of Mexico Bay, moving northeast at
  50 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and 
           suddenly higher waves.
