  Northwestern Cattaraugus County in western New York...
  Southwestern Erie County in western New York...
  Northeastern Chautauqua County in western New York...

* Until 100 AM EDT..

* At 1216 AM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Dunkirk,
  moving northeast at 40 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Minor damage to vehicles is possible. Expect wind damage 
           to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Lackawanna, Dunkirk, Fredonia, Hamburg, Evans, Eden, Silver Creek,
  Blasdell, Angola and North Collins.

 This includes Interstate 90 between exits 59 and 57.
