* Until 230 PM EDT..

* At 131 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Dexter, or 10
  miles west of Watertown, moving northeast at 40 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Minor damage to vehicles is possible. Expect wind damage 
           to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Fort Drum, Dexter, Glen Park, Redwood, Philadelphia, Brownville,
  Theresa, Antwerp, Evans Mills and La Fargeville.

 This includes Interstate 81 between exits 48 and 49.
