* At 1203 AM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from near Dexter to near Adams, moving east at 40 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  IMPACT...Minor damage to vehicles is possible. Expect wind damage 
           to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Watertown, Fort Drum, Carthage, Lowville, West Carthage, Adams,

FOR JEFFERSON AND NORTHERN LEWIS COUNTIES...

At 1228 AM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from 7 miles northeast of Fort Drum to near West Carthage,
moving east at 40 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.
