This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for northern New York, central
Vermont, northeast Vermont, northwest Vermont and southern Vermont.

Hazardous weather is not expected at this time.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday.

A strong low pressure system will develop over the Upper Midwest on
Sunday and track through Ontario and Quebec Monday and Tuesday. A
strong pressure gradient and low level jet will become establishes
across the North Country yielding gusty southwest winds in the 30 to
50 mph range on Monday and Monday night. These strong and gusty winds
could result in downed branches and isolated to scattered power
outages.

At 256 PM EST...an area of heavy snow was along a line extending from
near Parishville to near Carry Falls Reservoir to near Oswegatchie...
and moving east at 35 mph.

Locations impacted include...
Potsdam, Oswegatchie, Moira, Bangor, Fowler, Parishville, Colton,
Bryants Mill, Degrasse, Burke, Carry Falls Reservoir, Cranberry Lake,
Brushton, Lawrenceville, Malone, Debar Mountain, Brasher Falls, Lake
Ozonia, Star Lake and Madawaska.

  * winds in excess of 25 mph are possible with this area of heavy
  snow.

  * visibilities will drop quickly to less than a half mile in this
  area of heavy snow.

Conditions can deteriorate rapidly in winter weather situations. Be
prepared for snow or ice covered roads. Slow down and allow extra

45 mph.

Locations impacted include...
Barre, Montpelier, Morrisville, Cambridge, Waterbury Village,
Montgomery Center, Websterville, Westford, Worcester, Middlesex,
Marshfield, Cabot Village, Georgia, Waterville, Washington,
Morrisville Village, Woodbury, Grand Isle, St. Albans Town and
Newbury.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 89 between mile markers 38 and 65, and between mile
markers 100 and 119.
 Interstate 91 between mile markers 104 and 121.
