northeastern Essex, southwestern Grand Isle and northwestern
Chittenden Counties through 245 PM EDT...

At 213 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Saranac, moving east at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Plattsburgh, Plattsburgh International Airport, Peru, Beekmantown,

western Addison, west central Rutland and southwestern Chittenden
Counties through 300 PM EDT...

At 214 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Au Sable Forks to near Keene Valley to
near Minerva. Movement was east at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Vergennes, South Burlington, Middlebury, Essex, Moriah, Willsboro,
Crown Point, Westport, Elizabethtown, Cornwall, Weybridge, Schroon
Lake, Orwell, Port Henry, Addison, Shoreham, Shelburne, Ferrisburg,
Charlotte and Waltham.
