An arctic boundary will produce scattered snow showers This afternoon
into tonight, along with rapidly falling temperatures on blustery
northwest winds. Localized wind gusts of 35 to 45 mph are possible
overnight. These brisk winds and falling temperatures will create
wind chill values between 15 and 20 below zero on Tuesday morning.
