At 452 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Hebron, or near Glastonbury, moving east at 5 mph.

Pea size hail and winds in excess of 30 mph may accompany this
storm. Rainfall rates of 1 to 2 inches per hour may lead to poor
drainage flooding.

Locations impacted include...
Manchester, Glastonbury, Mansfield, Windham, Willimantic, Coventry,
Hebron, Marlborough, Columbia, Bolton and Andover.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Do not drive through flooded roads or underpasses. Avoid low lying
areas near small streams.

Frequent lightning was occurring. Lightning can strike far away from
the storm. Go inside a building or vehicle. Wait at least 30 minutes
