* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Southeastern Lee County in east central Alabama...
  Northern Russell County in southeastern Alabama...

* Until 315 PM CDT.

* At 1220 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain across the warned area. Additional rainfall amounts of 
  2 to 3 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is 
  ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
           areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
           other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Phenix City, Smiths, Smiths Station, Griffen Mill, Russell County 
  Sports Complex, Ladonia, Seale, Bleecker, Uchee, Beauregard, 
  Parkmanville, Phenix Drag Strip, Ladonia Sports Complex, Monterey 
  Heights, Marvyn, Fort Mitchell, Uchee Creek and Fort Mitchell 
  Activity Center.
