through 400 PM EDT...

At 316 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from Wellsburg to near Le Roy to near Shunk.
Movement was east at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Chemung, Sayre, Athens, Towanda, Ridgebury, Canton, West Franklin,
