...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL AFFECT CENTRAL LACKAWANNA AND
NORTHEASTERN LUZERNE COUNTIES...

At 121 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over Old Forge, or
near Scranton, moving east at 10 mph.

Winds in excess of 40 mph and pea size hail are possible with this
storm.

Locations impacted include...
Scranton, Dunmore, Old Forge, Pittston, Archbald, Blakely, Taylor,
Dickson City, Moosic and Exeter.
