heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1.5 and 2 inches of
rain has already fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to
begin shortly.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

EVENING FOR NORTHEASTERN DELAWARE COUNTY...
At 718 PM EDT, Rainfall is decreasing in intensity across the
warning area. However, radar estimates 2 to 5 inches of rain has
fallen over far northeastern Delaware County, particularly in higher
terrain north and east of Roxbury, including Montgomery Hollow. Run
off is likely to result in flooding in this area, although no
reports have been received as of yet.
