* At 547 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of 
  rain has already fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to 
  begin shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Doppler radar.

  IMPACT...Flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
           highways, streets and underpasses as well as other
           drainage and low lying areas.

...FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 845 PM EDT THIS 
EVENING FOR NORTHEASTERN DELAWARE COUNTY...

At 649 PM EDT, Local law enforcement is reporting some roads flooded 
in and around the towns  Harpersfield, Kortright and Stamford. Flash 
flooding is occurring and waters may continue to rise although the 
heaviest rainfall has exited the area.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

         highways, streets and underpasses as well as other
         drainage and low lying areas.
