At 642 PM EDT, Local law enforcement is reporting numerous roads 
flooded in the warning area, especially in Laurens and Milford, NY. 
Flash flooding is already occurring. Although the heavy rain has 
ended, flood waters may continue to rise in some areas.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

IMPACT...Flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
         highways, streets and underpasses as well as other
         drainage and low lying areas.
