This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for the Texas and Oklahoma
Panhandles.

.DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight.

Thunderstorms are possible late this afternoon and tonight
favoring western portions of the combined Oklahoma and Texas
Panhandles. Localized flooding is possible due to heavy rain. The
probability for severe weather is low.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday.

Thunderstorms will be possible Friday through Wednesday across
most of the Oklahoma and Texas Panhandles. Widespread severe
weather is not anticipated at this time.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation is not anticipated at this time.

County through 615 PM CDT...

At 542 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 3 miles east of Happy to 12 miles southeast of
Buffalo Lake. Movement was north at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
         possible.

Armstrong and southwestern Donley Counties through 645 PM CDT...

At 613 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 17
miles east of Vigo Park, or 19 miles north of Silverton, moving north
at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

This storm will remain over mainly rural areas of southeastern
Armstrong and southwestern Donley Counties.
