  Northern Armstrong County in the panhandle of Texas...
  Southeastern Carson County in the panhandle of Texas...
  Central Randall County in the panhandle of Texas...

* Until 330 AM CDT.

* At 1241 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain 
  have fallen. The expected rainfall rate is 1 to 3 inches in 2 
  hours. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

           areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
           other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

At 135 AM CDT, trained weather spotters reported localized flash 
flooding in the city of Canyon. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have 
fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible in the 
warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
