This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for the Schoharie Valley, Mohawk
Valley, Capital Region, Lake George Saratoga Region and southern
Adirondacks.

There is a Marginal Risk for severe thunderstorms through this
evening. Damaging winds 58 mph or greater will be the main threat.

Localized heavy rainfall is also possible tonight into early Friday
afternoon which may lead to ponding of water on roadways, urban and
poor drainage flooding, and isolated flash flooding.

NORTHWESTERN FULTON AND SOUTHEASTERN HERKIMER COUNTIES...

At 829 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near Ohio, or 14
miles north of Little Falls, moving northeast at 40 mph.

Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph are possible with this storm.

Locations impacted include...
Speculator, Lake Pleasant, Wells, Newport, Middleville, Cold Brook,
Sacandaga Campground, Moffitt Beach Campground, Fairfield, Norway,
Hope, Arietta, Oregon, Gilmantown, Curtis, Clockmill Corners,
Blackbridge, Whitehouse, Knappville and Shaker Place.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm, and may cause
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded

At 831 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near Old Forge,
moving northeast at 35 mph.

Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph are possible with this storm.

Locations impacted include...
Old Forge, Inlet, Eighth Lake Campground, Brown Tract Pond
Campground, Limekiln Lake Campground, Eagle Bay, Nicks Lake
Campground, Alger Island Public Campground, Thendara, Carter Station,

At 907 PM EDT, radar indicated strong thunderstorms were located
along a line extending from near Newcomb to near Indian Lake to 6
miles west of Lewey Lake Campground. Movement was east at 40 mph.

Winds in excess of 40 mph are possible with these storms.

Locations impacted include...
Indian Lake, Lake Durant Campground, Lewey Lake Campground, Byrnes
Corners, North River, Sabael, Christian Hill and Catlin Lake.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms, and may
