* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...
  East central Warren County in east central New York...
  Northern Washington County in east central New York...

* Until 900 PM EDT.

* At 756 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Bolton
  Landing, or 8 miles southwest of Whitehall, moving northeast at 25
  mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage 
           to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Whitehall, Huletts Landing, Putnam, Mount Hope, Wright, Lock Twelve
  Marina, Dresden Center, South Bay, Chipman Point, Low Hampton,
  Putnam Station, Silver Bay, South Bay Village, Snody Dock, Clemons,
  Pilot Knob, Sabbath Day Point, Grays Corner, Iron Furnace and
  Glenburnie.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.

If on or near Lake George, get away from the water and move indoors 
or inside a vehicle. Remember, lightning can strike out to 15 miles 
from the parent thunderstorm. If you can hear thunder, you are close 
enough to be struck by lightning. Move to safe shelter now!  Do not 
be caught on the water in a thunderstorm.
