* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...
  Southwestern Hamilton County in eastern New York...

* Until 345 PM EDT.

* At 303 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 15 miles west of
  Lake Pleasant, or 19 miles southwest of Speculator, moving east at
  20 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Speculator, Lake Pleasant, Moffitt Beach Campground, Gilmantown,
  Perkins Clearing, Rudeston, Blackbridge, Whitehouse, Caswell Lake,
  Mountain Home, Piseco, Morehouseville, Hoffmeister, Higgins Bay and
  Sled Harbor.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.

Persons in campgrounds should consider seeking sturdy shelter until
this storm passes. Remember, lightning can strike out to 15 miles
from the parent thunderstorm. If you can hear thunder, you are close

FOR SOUTHWESTERN HAMILTON COUNTY...

At 322 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 7 miles west of
Moffitt Beach Campground, or 11 miles southwest of Speculator, moving
east at 30 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.
