...A THUNDERSTORM WITH HEAVY RAIN WILL AFFECT ...THE CITY OF HAMPTON
AND THE SOUTHERN CITY OF NEWPORT NEWS...

At 410 PM EDT, a thunderstorm with heavy rain was located over
Christopher Newport University, moving southeast at 10 mph.

Wind gusts in excess of 30 mph are possible with this storm.
