models continue to push the cold front across the area but

As of 345 AM EST Wednesday...
Early this morning, a weak frontal boundary was dropping into
the Lower MD ern shore, while high pressure remains centered
near/just off the SE coast. Winds were generally SSW 5-10 kt
over the waters, except NE over the MD waters. Seas were 1-2 ft
while waves in the Bay were arnd 1 foot. That frontal boundary
will drop into the srn Ches Bay/around the mouth of the Bay
through midday, before lifting ENE of the waters this evening.
Winds will turn to the E or SE for those portions of the area.
Across the srn half of the waters, winds will generally remain
out of the S. Then, high pressure will shift farther out to sea
later tonight into Fri, with SSW winds increasing over the
waters. By Thu night, a cold front begins to approach the area
from the NW. The pressure gradient tightens ahead of the front
late Thu aftn through Fri morning, with SCA conditions possible
for at least the nrn waters and Ches Bay during this timeframe.
The front drops across the area Fri evening into Sat morning
