.SYNOPSIS FOR OUTSIDE WATERS...
Low pressure in the NE gulf extends E across the northern Inner
Channels this morning and dissipates by afternoon. A storm force
weather front arrives in the central gulf this evening and
reaches the Panhandle late tonight as it weakens. Its parent low
arrives in the western gulf Fri as a ridge of high pressure
builds over the southern Inner channels.
