4 PM AKDT TUESDAY...

* WHAT...Heavy snow and blowing snow expected. Travel will be very
  difficult. Total snow accumulations of 6 to 9 inches expected.

* WHERE...Southern Seward Peninsula Coast.

* WHEN...4 PM today to 4 PM Tuesday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Winds gusting as high as 45 mph will cause
  areas of blowing snow. The heaviest snow will be west of White
  Mountain.
