  to 60 below zero.

* WHERE...Higher terrain along the Steese and Dalton Highways.

* WHEN...Now to 3 PM Wednesday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Wind chills have moderated. However, winds
  gusting to 35 mph will lead to dangerously cold wind chills 
  that will cause frostbite in as little as 10 minutes to exposed 
  skin. Additionally, expect areas of blowing snow.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Wind Chill Advisory means that cold air and sustained wind
speeds of 15 mph or more will create low wind chills. Frost bite
