  visibility is expected to be one half mile or less at times.
  Additional snow accumulations of up to one inch are expected.
  Expect wind chills to 55 below zero.

* WHEN...Until 6 AM Monday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...West wind of 20 mph will increase to 30 mph
  this afternoon. Winds will gust as high as 40 mph causing areas
