* WHAT...East winds 40 to 60 mph with gusts up to 80 mph 
  possible.

* WHERE...Turnagain Arm and Higher Elevations.

* WHEN...From Friday evening through Sunday morning.

* IMPACTS...High winds could move loose debris, damage property, 
  and cause power outages. Travel could be difficult, especially 
  for high profile vehicles.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Rain is also likely along with the high
  winds, making for difficult travel along the Seward Highway.
  There is significant uncertainty as to how far down in elevation
  the stronger winds will get into Anchorage.
