Semisopochnoi volcano, located 140 nm west of Adak, is currently 
active.

A 976 mb low at 51N 161W moves to 57N 155W at 977 mb for Sat 
evening and then moves into Bristol Bay by Sun morning. Its front 
moves over the Alaska Peninsula through Sat afternoon. A 1002 mb 
North Kamchatka low Fri night moves to 60N 172W at 994 mb by Sun 
morning.
