.SYNOPSIS FOR THE WESTERN GULF OF ALASKA...
A 971 mb low at 58N 143W moves to 58N 137W at 981 mb Tue afternoon 
and then inland Tue evening. An elongated 982 mb eastern Bering low 
Tue afternoon moves to 59N 141W at 987 mb Wed morning and then to 
60N 140W at 989 mb for Wed afternoon. Another 990 mb low forms over 
the northwestern Gulf west of Middleton Island Wed night.
