* Until 800 PM MDT.

* At 720 PM MDT, an outflow boundary racing southward from strong 
  thunderstorms were located along a line extending from about 6 
  miles north of Sandia Park to near Sandia Pueblo to Rio Rancho to 
  10 miles west of Northern Meadows, moving south to souteast at 40 
  mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.
