  Northwestern Union County in northeastern New Mexico...
  Northeastern Colfax County in northeastern New Mexico...

* Until 445 PM MDT.

* At 342 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Capulin, or
  12 miles west of Des Moines, moving east at 15 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and half dollar size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage 
           to roofs, siding, and trees.

  Des Moines, Folsom and Capulin.
