409 WWUS85 KABQ 152047 RFWABQ URGENT - FIRE WEATHER MESSAGE National Weather Service Albuquerque NM 247 PM MDT Mon Mar 15 2021 ...RED FLAG WARNING IN EFFECT FROM NOON TO 7 PM MDT TUESDAY FOR THE EAST CENTRAL PLAINS DUE TO STRONG WINDS AND LOW HUMIDITY... .Another storm arrives Tuesday, producing strong southwest winds ahead of it, as well low humidities, near to above normal temperatures, and an unstable airmass leading to critical fire weather conditions. The greatest concern exists across the east central plains, where several hours of single digit to low teen relative humidities exist, after poor overnight recoveries. Additional moisture will eventually arrive with the system, with wetting precipitation possible Tuesday night and continued strong winds.
