The National Weather Service in Albuquerque has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  The Johnson Burn Scar in...
  South Central Catron County in west central New Mexico...

* Until 1145 PM MDT.

* At 843 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain over the Johnson Burn Scar. Up to 2 inches of rain have 
  fallen from multiple thunderstorms through the afternoon. 
  Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the 
  warned area as additional thunderstorms move over the area through 
  mid evening. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin 
  shortly.

Excessive rainfall over the burn scar will impact all drainages into 
the West Fork Gila River, as well as the Gila Cliff Dwelling 
National Monument, and State Road 15. The debris flow can consist of 
rock, mud, vegetation and other loose materials.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms in and around
           the Johnson Burn Scar.

UNTIL 1145 PM MDT THIS EVENING FOR SOUTH CENTRAL CATRON COUNTY...

At 1009 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
heavy rain over the Johnson Burn Scar. Up to 2 inches of rain have 
fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.25 to as much as 0.5 inches 
are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing.

Excessive rainfall over the burn scar will impact all drainages into 
the West Fork Gila River, as well as the Gila Cliff Dwelling 
National Monument, and State Road 15. The debris flow can consist of
