Record high temperatures are forecast Thursday across the east central and southeast plains. A Heat Advisory may be required for portions of the southeast plains. Critical fire weather conditions are possible Thursday, especially across far western New Mexico, and a Red Flag Warning may be required. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
